Yes we are the Arizona PANIC! of Softball Club. We survive on the dream of Kristi Madrid which was to give the "forgotten" young ladies the opportunity to play softball at the competitive level. Her dream turned into a reality in the late 1990's with the creation of the Sierra Vista Ponytail All Stars and by the year 2000 the All Stars were the Arizona ASA State Champions. Over the years, this organization has placed in the top five in several national championship tournaments. Not bad for a bunch of young ladies just looking for a chance. What made this organization unique and what continues to make it unique is our commitment to giving every young lady the opportunity to play regardless of financial situation. Though we are no longer the All Stars and no longer the Roadrunners, Kristi's and Joe's inspiration will always be one of our sparks to do our best.

The philosophy for our PANIC Softball Club emphasizes:

Practice is where we develop a strong foundation in the fundamentals - because we can only soar as high as our foundation will carry us.
Progress is our commitment to ensuring that our players get better every day - doing the right thing the right way at the right time.
Performance is focusing on and celebrating our achievements as we grow as players, students, and young adults.
We practice, progress, and perform - and repeat the cycle as we strive to reach our potential. We are dedicated to working with the local high schools to develop well-rounded student-athletes who understand what teamwork is all about and who understand what it takes to be successful in the classroom, on the field, and in life after softball.
Being a part of a team can only help student-athletes understand that everybody has a role, and success follows when everyone fulfills their role.
